PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To allow a real estate company to quickly receive an examination result from a surety company.SOLUTION : Via the Internet, an occupancy examination collective management server collectively managing applications of occupancy examinations to a plurality of surety companies from a plurality of real estate companies is connected to each terminal device of the plurality of real estate companies and the plurality of surety companies. The occupancy examination collective management server comprises : a management screen display part 82 on a real estate company side; an occupancy examination application handling part 81 that receives an occupancy examination application to be performed by one of the plurality of real estate companies via the management screen display unit to handle the occupancy examination application to the plurality of surety companies; a management screen display part 83 on a surety company side that notifies the surety company of indication of intention of the occupancy examination application to the plurality of surety companies and presentation of identity verification documents of an occupier; a transmission unit that transmits to each terminal device of the plurality of surety companies what the occupancy examination is applied; and a reception unit that receives a reply to the effect that each terminal device receives the transmission resulting from the transmission to each terminal device of the plurality of surety companies by the transmission unit.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 2COPYRIGHT : (C)2017, JPO&INPIT
