The present invention relates to an apparatus for calculating a real estate price, which comprises : a data collecting unit for collecting data on an officially assessed reference land price, an officially assessed individual land price, and the number of actual transactions of land, an actual transaction land price, and a fluctuation rate of land prices during a predetermined period; a reference land price calculating unit for calculating a reference land price by using the number of actual transactions of real estates and the actual transaction land price during a predetermined period for each region collected by the data collecting unit; a first individual land price determining unit for calculating an individual real estate price using the officially assessed reference land price collected by the data collecting unit, the reference land price calculated by the reference land price calculating unit, and the officially assessed individual land price; a daily land price fluctuation rate calculating module for calculating a daily land price fluctuation rate with respect to an inquiry date on the basis of a monthly or a quarterly land price fluctuation rate collected by the data collecting unit; and a temporal land price calculating unit for calculating an individual real estate price using the individual real estate price calculated through the first individual land price determining unit and the daily land price fluctuation rate calculated through daily land price fluctuation rate calculating module.
