PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To solve a problem in which a state of change of each component indicating a financial state of a company cannot be easily grasped, in a real estate investment simulation system.SOLUTION : A real estate investment simulation system for predicting and displaying future financial data of a company, about real estate investment effect comprises : a storage unit which stores property information indicating a property to be purchased and financial information indicating a financial state for each company; a simulation unit which predicts future financial data when the property would be purchased, on the basis of the property information and the financial information; a generation unit which generates a graph image indicating the financial state of the company for each future fiscal year, on the basis of the predicted financial data; and a display unit which dynamically changes the fiscal year of a display target at each predetermined time, and dynamically changes and displays the generated graph image corresponding to the changed fiscal year, according to transition of the fiscal year caused by passage of time.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 2COPYRIGHT : (C)2019, JPO&INPIT
