PURPOSE : A real estate intermediation system for smoothly operating a real estate agent resided in a bank by using the banking network and a method thereof are provided to enable the real estate agent resided in the bank to effectively/smoothly operate real estate business and effectively manage/estimate the real estate agent resided in the bank.CONSTITUTION : Each real estate agent terminal(3) installed to each branch bank provides local real estate transaction information. Each branch bank server(2) stores the local real estate transaction information and offers real estate financial information by connecting to the real estate agent terminal. A central server(1) collects/stores the local real estate transaction information and the real estate financial information by connecting to each branch bank server. A TV broadcasting server(10) receives the local real estate transaction information and the real estate financial information from the central server.
