In response to the requested URL, a second Web page corresponding to a second entity different from the first entity and capable of receiving a referral fee from a real estate transaction is transmitted. The second Web page can include information about providing funds to a non-profit organization (NPO) in response to a real estate transaction. The second Web page can include, for example, a color scheme substantially identical to the first Web page, a logo associated with the first entity, a second hyperlink associated with the first Web page, a page format substantially identical to the first Web page, or any combination thereof.
