摘要	FIELD : medicine.SUBSTANCE : invention refers to medicine, particularly to cardiosurgery. Right-ventricular cavity is introduced with a light source - a transilluminator with a local illumination level of 12, 000–12, 500 Lq, which adjoins the interventricular septum. That is followed by the layer-by-layer excision of the myocardium of the interventricular septum to visualize the glow of the transilluminator through the interventricular septum of the required residual thickness.EFFECT : method enables providing high-accuracy required residual thickness of the septum in any of its areas and preventing its excessive thinning, and insufficient excision of the myocardium, and also enables avoiding postoperative complications.1 cl, 1 ex, 12 dwg 1人已参与 0数据匹配
